I am impressed with these capsules. I had read somewhere that if you get an after-taste from omega 3 capsules then the oil is rancid. These arrive in their dark glass jar to protet from sunlight and there is no after taste at all. I store them on the top shelf of the fridge to keep them fresh. It is worth paying a bit more and buying good quality and clean omega 3 capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow as well! As for my wellbeing - I have only taken them for just under one month and have made other lifestyle changes as well so overall I am feeling much improved and alert. However, the data is very clear that Omega 3 capsules, in the correct dose, which these are, is very valuable to our health. I suggest reading different sources of info on this and it is amazing what Omega 3 does to our bodies!
