The Ultimate Human Methylated Multivitamin is a comprehensive daily formula combining active forms of key B vitamins with carefully selected minerals and complementary nutrients, including magnesium bisglycinate, Coenzyme Q10, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), choline and inositol.
Providing methylfolate (5-MTHF), methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin alongside a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, this premium formula is designed to complement a balanced diet with thoughtfully selected ingredients in one convenient daily serving.
Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.
Take three capsules daily with food. Vegan and free from the 14 major allergens, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

I have Crohns Disease and this supplement has changed my life and energy! After 2 month I realised that I just have ‘normal’ all day energy, Crohn’s fatigue can be no joke and I’ve worked hard over the years to combat it and live normally with so many difference supplements and hacks, but this multivitamin has made my life so much easier and I genuinely feel the difference. My partner is now on it too as he has such a physical job with long days - it’s such a good product I am using it as my prenatal supplement too as it ticks all of boxes (bar omegas) and it has such a high amount of methylated folate which is super important as a mum to be in her 40’s.
