Didn't love this
The non stick surface is nice to use however the coating on the outer surfaces chips really easily and small scratches developed on the inside despite only using wooden utensils

Crafted with Thermakind™, an advanced ceramic nonstick coating free from toxic chemicals, it ensures effortless cooking and easy cleaning without food sticking to the surface.
Plus, the Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan is oven-safe up to 450°F, allowing you to transition from stovetop to oven without the need for additional pans. It also includes a nesting Beechwood Spatula, eliminating the need for a spoon rest and making your cooking experience even more convenient.
What sets this pan apart is its exceptional versatility, thoughtfully engineered to support a wide range of cooking styles. Its durable aluminum body provides fast, even heat distribution, perfect for searing and browning, while the oven-safe build makes it ideal for baking. The self-basting lid enables effortless braising, and the included spatula is perfect for sautéing. Why Our Place is Healf
Unlike conventional nonstick pans, which often have coatings that quickly degrade and release harmful chemicals when exposed to heat, this pan features the Thermakind™ ceramic nonstick coating—the brand’s most advanced and durable to date. This coating is designed to last 50% longer than traditional nonstick surfaces and is completely free from potentially toxic materials like PFAS, including PTFEs and PFOAs, as well as lead and cadmium, which pose serious health risks with prolonged exposure. The Always Pan® 2.0’s modern ceramic coating offers a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative, providing a reliable nonstick surface without the hazards associated with conventional nonstick cookware.

Suggested use
1. Preheat Gently: Warm the pan on low heat for a few minutes before adding any oil or butter.
2. Use Enough Fat: A little more oil or butter than usual can help, especially when cooking eggs.
3. Avoid High Heat: These pans hold heat very well, so use a low to medium setting.
4. Wait for Release: Let the food naturally loosen before you try to turn it.
Oven safe up to 450°F.
Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pan is fully cooled.
Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents.
Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pan.
Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils.
Do not use metal utensils.
Stainless steel long handle and knob designed to stay cool on the stovetop.
Use caution! The helper handle gets hot. The long handle and lid knob also get hot with prolonged stovetop use and when in the oven. Make sure to use mitts when handling hot cookware.
