Key Benefits
- Enjoy a smooth, aromatic ceremonial grade matcha experience.
Start your day with Okumidori First Harvest Matcha—Nami Matcha’s premium, single-origin green tea from Kagoshima, Japan.
Finely stone-milled for a vibrant green colour, this matcha delivers a creamy texture and subtle floral notes, with a taste reminiscent of freshly steamed greens. Each cup is crafted from the first tender leaves of the season, ensuring a delicate, refined flavour.
Okumidori First Harvest Matcha is pure, clean, and made for those who appreciate the art of Japanese tea.
Why Nami Matcha is Healf
Unlike many other matcha varieties, Okumidori First Harvest Matcha comes from a single origin in Kagoshima, Japan, ensuring consistent quality and flavour. This late-maturing cultivar, known as Okumidori or deep green," produces a strikingly vibrant green powder with a smooth, balanced taste. Its rich umami and naturally sweet notes make it ideal not only for daily matcha rituals but also for preparing koicha, the thick style of matcha traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies. With its pure origin and carefully timed harvest, this matcha delivers a refined and authentic experience in every cup.

Matcha is traditionally enjoyed with only water. Add 1/2 tsp matcha to 1-2oz warm but not boiling water (140-175°F). Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a W (zig-zag) motion. Add another 4-6oz warm water after whisking and enjoy!
For a matcha latte, add 1/2 tsp matcha to 1-2oz warm but not boiling water (140-175°F). Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a W (zig-zag) motion. Pour over 4-6oz of your choice of milk and enjoy hot or iced!
Store matcha in a cool, dry place. Keep tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to sunlight for longevity!
