I really like using this product. Obviously I can only speak anecdotally, I had been considering buying it for a while. I had major abdominal surgery earlier this year and read an article about the use of PEMF mats in recovery from caesarean section and that is what decided me. Whilst I did not have a caesarean, the article mentioned potential usefulness in pain management. I have had a very smooth recovery. Can I attribute some of that to the mat? Well that’s impossible to answer, but look at this research if you are in a similar situation. (Easily located with google) Also I keep using it, if only because it helps with occasional joint pains I wake up with some days.

I bought this to use in my pilates studio but before I could get it there, everyone in my house became obsessed! It provides deep relaxation and calm. I might have to buy another one now! One for home... and one for the studio! I highly recommend this mat!
