Ingredients

Active: Colgevity™ 8400 mg (L-glycine 5000 mg, L-hydroxyproline 1700 mg, L-proline 1700 mg), calcium alpha-ketoglutarate 1000 mg, algae powder 200 mg (provides 4 mg astaxanthin), acerola fruit juice extract 150 mg (provides 48 mg vitamin C) Further: silicon dioxide, citric acid, steviol glycosides from stevia, natural raspberry flavourings, peppermint oil powder

Suggested use

Dissolve one sachet of the Collagen Activator daily in a glass of water, smoothie or yoghurt. Best taken after a meal or one to two hours before bedtime - the glycine it contains supports skin regeneration and promotes restful sleep.
