Didn’t notice any change
Tried these on a whim to try and improve gut health due to IBS. Not sure I noticed much difference but didn’t cause any issues either.

I took this product for
I took this product for two months and did find some benefit. Taking it after a meal can definitely help to boost your microbiome. There are other aspects of my health that needs more attention at the moment, but I wouldn't be against taking them again.
